Happy new year every body. Look like this one is off-center o miss-aligned, because there's a "bump ring" in the left side of the oberse.
The bump around the rim is due to die wear. As it progresses the bump eventually goes all the way around the rim. Richard

the "BIE" error that you refer to is due to a die chip between the B abd the E. Totally different than this. Richard
The bump is only A REASON, the difference between this and other cents is the double I and the missing horizontal line on the L. My question was. Which was the reason of BIE in old coins. (Thank ziggy for the information).
