I have no idea how this happened to this coin, does anybody know if this is an error or what happened? Does this happen in mint? Is this worth anything? How does this happen? In case you are wondering the light area is raised
The light area is raised though... the reverse on the same area isn’t sunk in... this is an error of some kind
Try Acetone or Goof off. Some gunk sticks like crazy glue. Don't assume that everthing that looks different or weird is a Mint Error. Most issues are circulation wear and damage. It takes time to understand the difference. But it's good that you ask.
It’s not anything huge... it’s barely noticeable but I thought it looked a little weird... again you can barely see it and it isn’t anything special
Posting damaged coins isn't very productive. We could be guessing all day. No one knows but the person who did the damage.
I have a few more coins... I’m posting them in rapid succession because I want to know if these are errors... sorry if I annoy anybody... these are coins I found, so I want to know I they are errors or if I’m dumb
Your first cent appears to have solder or some other material added to the coin, so no error. Your second coin is a poor image and not much can be determined about it. Your third coin is zinc rot and not long for this world. "I’m posting them in rapid succession because I want to know if these are errors." Study and learn how to determine errors rather than depending on us spending our time to tell you. Spend them all.
Yeah. no errors, just damage. When posting, it's a good idea to try and crop out some of the background: Also, you need to stabilize your phone or camera to get a more focused picture. What are you using?
