OK - We went to the Coin Show today in NJ with Bill et al and my son. Bill went hunting for SLQ varieties to cherry pick, and I went to fill my daughters Folder with Franklin Halves. Soon, my son was picking out a bunch of coins under a buck. What did he get? We he brought home about 30 coins include almost an entire run of red cents from San Francisco from about 1968 - 1994 and rd wheats of 46s,51s,55s all for a buck each. But I'm not showing those. They are already planted with thumb prints into his folder. (although the later cents had no slots because they are proofs I guess). I would like to show these off BTW they are JPG's to help Speedy and his modem connection:
It's always nice getting a coin for 1$ or less. just the other day at the coin show I bough a world coin for 1$
ah joining spocks lil kingdom i see its a coin that orginates outside the us or whatever country you reside in
1965 commemorative (although I believe they circulated) 1 Rouble. it commemorates the 20th Anniversary of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany. I like the imagery it portrays. not my picture: http://worldcoingallery.com/countries/img8/hr/149-135.jpg
I didn't even know there was anything across the Hudson until today and now you tell me there is more than even THAT?
Sure there is! Lots of stuff. There's a starbucks, a coin show, some state troopers, California, Chicago, McDonald's and a Burger King
I'm trying---I've got TW coming out today to check and see if they will run the line about 1mile down the road so I can connect in. They said that they will either do it for free, or I'll need to get a number of names signed up for them to do it.... so.....maybe I will!! Speedy
