I'm just seeing wear on a rusted Cent.

 

I see no doubling at all

 

Cannot see things close enough BUT
your coin here, which does show some MD on the right edge of the 9


is NOTHING similar to this coin from variety vista's website

unfortunately, numismatically, it's not even close.

 

Something going at the 4 from my vantage point.

 

What is the extra point inside the 3?
