I have a pretty rough condition blue book from 1964 (21st edition)... I don't know much about it but I wanted to know its value... I'll have a picture of it tomorrow but does anybody have an estimated guess on its value w/o the picture?

Maybe @Treashunt can help you. I believe he collects Red Books, so he might have an idea of the value.

Not much. You can find them in used books stores or thrift shops for next to nothing. You need to get back into the early 50s before they become valuable.

    Yup, everyone was correct.

the 1964, even in new condition is not worth very much. Say a max from $5 to $10.

In rough condition, nada. or possibly $1 if someone is desperate.

    Thanks, Frank!

So, my 1960 Blue Book which is stamped inside with the name of my high school library is, to me, worth its weight in............hummingbird feathers.:):):):):)

I have about 30-40 both red and blue. I pick them up at the Thrift shop or Goodwill for .25 or .50 cents. Last coin show tried to sell them but nobody wanted them.

If I owned it I would put it in the "free" box at my wife's next garage sale.

Except for the very early editions, old Blue Books generally do not have much value. Even the Red Books from that era are no worth that much unless they are in Gem Mint State.
