Got another Jeton

    Here's one of my new additions these days. This hobby could never stop. I think it's an ancient jeton. Glad to read your comments on such coin alternatives. weight 2.78 g. Jeton.JPG

    I thought that the earliest jetons dated to 13th century Europe and were made of metal.

    Thanks for your comments. I guess it's an ancient jeton, probably called Tessiera. Hope I'm not mistaken.

    ..kool Charles!..i was bidding on a Fatimid blue glass one over weekend but it went purdy high...i think those are neat! :)
