1964 D Jefferson Nickel mint mark doubled or D/S?

    Obviously new so please no judgement but I found this 1964 D Jefferson nickel, I'm not a nickel guy per se, but this mint mark looks doubled in some fashion. Can anyone confirm this or otherwise? I took 3 pictures with different magnifications to try to help

    RPM?

    Mint Marks cannot be Doubled Die because they were handed punched onto the Die in 1964.
