uk coins

    hello i just joind:)
    when my grandfarther died in 96 i got a box of english pennys and half pennys as well as some odds and sods!
    is ther any werth anything if so what yers?
    if a want to ask me something just ask away

    Penny wise keep a look out for 1882 (WITHOUT a H above the date), 1933 and 1954, but you'll not see any of those (1 in a million if you do!). (Just fun, cos i'll know you'll look for them!) :D

    Those above are for English pennies with Britannia on the back, (not Jersey or any other non-descript place)

    im from scunny near hull

    i got paper ones to from russis ans places like that

    im baging all my coins now i cannot aford sleves or books for them so if any one can help me out that woud be grate
    i got over 300 coins

    If your collection is primarily British - then Sylvester's your man ! The guy flat knows his stuff when it comes to British coinage ;)

    well i got 3p 1p 1/2p lodes of other stuff
    the 1p start from 1850 and end at 1967
