What are some great sources of "open" data a programmer can use for numismatics?

    I'm familiar with http://numismatics.org/search/apis

Wikipedia has data but it lacks consistency so their API isn't really of good use.

I'm looking for repositories of pictures, mintage data, history etc.. that can be accessed via a programmatic interface.

I haven't looked for this myself, but if there are such sources, I'd be really interested in learning about them.

In our full stack developer class yesterday we were just starting to learn about APIs. It would be cool if there were more related to numismatics. If you find any, please share.
