2004 D (50) Roll Box?

Hi,
If i wanted to purchase a box of 2004 D pennies still in the FED box, what would be a fair offer?
If 2005 Boxes are going for about $50 to $60, what is a good price in your opinion? What would you suggest as my highest offer?
