1999P Jefferson Nickel DDO?

This isn't on any list I could find, but it looks like a DDO to me, possibly Die Deterioration Doubling but look at the P? ......

Looks like Die Deterioration doubling to me.
Not a Doubled Die.

 

Thanks, was just checking out other threads (should have looked first before posting) Getting better about differentiating was thinking that maybe there's some machine doubling on top of the die deterioration that made it a little harder to tell... its more "bubbly" than it looks in the pic

 

Not an error but it is DDD.
