    It's probably Yugoslavian - 1965 One Dinar
DATE SIDE: 6 stars at top, wreath of leaves (tied at bottom with ribbon in a bow) along sides and bottom, 1 DINAR and 1965 in center
OTHER SIDE: letters around outside, flaming torch in center surrounded by wheat sheafs and topped with star.
    EDGE: plain
DIAMETER: about 20.3mm (slightly bigger than a Jefferson Nickel)

All my Krause Standard Catalogs are at home. (Boss doesn't like my coin books all over my work table. Go figure.)

I need mintage, metal and Krause values for FINE and VERY FINE.

    Thanks! :D

    Yugoslavian 1 Dinar 1965...

    KM#47
    Mintage: 75,822,000
    Composition: Coper-Nickel
    F: $0.10
    VF: $0.15

BUT...it lists diameter as 21.8mm, slightly larger than your description.
    Hope this helps!

Odd ... My KM (31st ed. 2004) has 1 dinar coin dated 1963 with a plain edge. Aluminum, 19.8 mm, no mintage information, no value for F/VF. The coin dated 1965 is 21.8 mm in size, CuNi, milled edge.

Thank you, joesmom! You are right about the diameter. Converting from fractions of an inch to milimeters is more than my pea brain can handle.

And it does have a milled edge. Confused it with a 1975 Panama Cinco Centesimos De Balboa.  too much allergy medicine and not enough coffee.
