I like Canadian coins too. I was excited the day I found King George Penny in a US penny roll!

Wow, a King George! I've never found one in a roll, the oldest I've found was a 53. I have a 1920, not exactly sure where I got it, but it's my favorite canadian I own.

 

You should mash those staple points down before they scratch another coin. You might want to invest in a "Flat-Cinch Stapler". You can find them in most office supply stores; they don't cost that much, and they use standard staples. ~ Chris

 

Thanks for the advice, I'll make sure to do that! My bank recently stopped selling coins, so I have some extra cash to buy one. I suppose with the ones that are already stapled, I could use a screwdriver or something to flatten the staples.

 

I just use a pair of pliers. Nothing fancy in the FF household...but it gets the job done.

 

That will work as well, I have a screwdriver and a pliers on my Leatherman so I'll see which works better. Might still get a stapler, not sure if the store I shop at has one.

 

A pair of pliers might be better.

Got lucky today and the bank teller had these in her drawer. This on top of a silver nickel yesterday, and a 64-D dime the day before. The 43's are both Philadelphia mint if you are curious.

 

I stopped by the bank while waiting to get my uniforms tailored. They gave me $50 in quarters and $10 in halves that they had.

Halves were skunk.
Quarters had nothing newer than 2019 AMPs but I did find a nice 2018P Cumberland Islands rim cud.

I've posted some before so I didn't bother taking a picture of it. I can if anyone is interested though.
