    That is a okay buy for $5, but don't make a habit of it. Such coins are not easy to re-sell. They end up in large cent junk boxes.

    But pieces without major problems fit better. You have cleaning and significant marks.

    Yes but you can't get them for $5.00. Large Cents are nice and I like them but they are really not my thing, therefore a low grade set sounds nice to me.
