Token - Pac-Man Giochi - Perugia

Hi all,
I was looking at some old tokens I have put away for many years and picked out this particular one that looks funny.
It's a Pac-Man theme and I think it's foreign..
Can anyone Identify it?

Perugia is a city in Italy.
Giochi is Italian for games.
That's all I know.

 

Well, using my nice Italian skills from high school, Giochi means games, and Perugia is a town in central Italy. Must have been an event going on there...?

Someone has it on Numista as a video arcade token from Perugia.
He says he got it at an arcade in 1988.
