Hey all. What would you grade this franklin as and how much would you pay for it. I was thinking it was around an MS 64 which would be a pretty good deal. What do you think? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=110305571606 Nickeldude
I would think it looks like a pretty good deal coin looks nice. I would say it's safe to bid on it. I think it's about a MS63 no FBL worth about 12 bucks the most a common date Jazzcoins Joe
MS65 for twice as much http://cgi.ebay.com/1957-FRANKLIN-H...5|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318|301:1|293:1|294:50 Here's what I see, I'm not sure the cheek isn't actually scratched+lots of chatter and a major scrape.
Sorry man, but I just bought it. I hope its what it said. If it is what it says it was a pretty good deal. If not then I just lost $15
Me too but its ok just make you tell me how the coin turns out lol Guess i should have bought it sooner lol
I could be wrong but that auction ended long after he posted. Did you buy this after he posted it? and you thought it was a good deal. If you did that has wrong written all over it, but he does seem like he's taking it OK.
Yeah it was after because I clicked the link and it was not over and the link was in his post. Hmm. That's cold.
I think that is hilarious. One member just snaked another member out of a raw generic BU Franklin Half with crappy photos. encil:
Nickeldude started the post asking about the Franklin. woodallredneck then bought the coin. (5 hours later)
I dont think its funny at all. I know some one could buy it at any time but after the guy was looking help. There should of been a PM sent atleast. But whats done is done.
Well you are a bad boy and the coin is about a MS62 or 63 only worth about 10 to 12 bucks made a bad deal Sorry Jazz
Bad move yes? But now Nickeldude won't be stuck with a mediocre half that he will feel was a bad investment. Oh, and this was awsome
Well after someone spend time scouting a coin out he might be willing to go the extra few bucks. And that would a disapointment. Ruben
