I pulled thi out of a mint set, the packaging wasnt damaged at all no scratches or gouges. But along the edge of the penny you see gouge Mark's on both sides of the penny but in different areas along the edge
The Mint cello cannot possibly protect coins from getting hit by other coins whether they are in another cello package or not.
One of the LCS around here has the cellos out of the containers and just stacked together. Similar to why a loaf of bread get squished when it's in a plastic bag.
