Ancient Coin Mystery?

    I just started collecting ancient coins and this is my first one. If anyone can help me identify it please tell me in the comments below.

    Ugh. Those central Asian/Indian coins are killers. Good luck. There are some super knowledgeable people here who can hopefully help you out.

    India "dump" paisa - probably 16th - 19th century, but unfortunately I can't give much better ID.
