That mark in front of the nose is severe. 63 is best, but I'm thinking it got a 62.

MS 62 PL ....I'd guess higher but the mark to the left of the nose looks significant enough to prevent it going higher.

I'm guessing MS63/64 as there is so much "chatter" on the obverse and right in the focal point. I haven't a clue what NGC focuses on, but understand that PCGS down grades for marks on focal points.

 

62 Maybe. Wear and tear are very apparent.

 

63 PL. That hit on the obverse is a big one, though.
