1972 Eisenhower Type 3?

    While not being a Ike collector, it seems to match the type 3, as @furryfrog02 has already indicated.

    I buy them at the bank all the time and still have difficulty with the variations particularly the type 2. The Ike's are fun coins and able to purchase at face

    If you don't mind me being a completely uninformed noob, what are the rough valuation differences between the three?

    Thanks in advance. Searching fleaBay is NOT helpful as you can find $1,000 examples across all three types.

    PCGS shows the following at MS-65:
    Type 1 $125.00
    Type 2 $1300.00
    Type 3 $120.00

    The type 2 has a variety that MS-65 jumps the book value to $2850.00

    The largest discrepancy in prices for Type3 vs Type 1 are in AU and lower graded coins. For example PCGS shows AU58 Type 3 is $20, where a Type 1 is $1.
