    According to CDN, it would need to grade out at 66 to cover your grading costs.

    A 39-S sells for $40-$50 in MS65, my current investment is $22. The PCGS grading fee will be $25.

    Honestly, as long as it grades I can’t lose too much. Contrary to popular belief, the 39-S Rev of 40 is the key date of the Jefferson series.

    The big gouge on the jaw and the mark on the cheek should preclude a gem grade, even if the reverse is quite nice. I call this one 64, in my opinion.

    I don't see evidence of cleaning in your photos, but anything is possible.
