This coin is not in the best condition, but every time I try to clean one it makes the coin feel rough.. Should I just get rid of coins like this even if I find an error.. The 1 and 9 in the date is doubled.. The mintmark is dubbed.. Look at Liberty and see what you think.. The reverse has errors as well.. The coin is very dark.. I tried to lighten the photos so y'all can see it.. Thanks
Your Cent has exposed plating damage.. Mint Mark has the beginning of Zinc Rot. The doubling is most likely Die Deterioration. Don't assume that because something looks different on a coin it's automatically a mint error. Don't ever clean any coin. You might find something good and if you clean it you will lessen the value! Hopefully you don't become offended by me trying to help. But I'm being honest. Best way to learn.
@paddyman98 is correct. It is a crappy zincoln cent that will soon deteriorate if left exposed to today's air. Your photos are a bit too dark to really see them well. You might try taking them under sunlight or adjust them before posting. I try (yes, try as I take lousy photos) to use at least two sources of light from the sides with the coin laying flat to show the coin best.
Might be good to save a couple like these non errors for future reference as to what is and what is not an error. Put in a 2X2 and label correctly.
