1964 penny need help identifing error

    The coin is in a bezel. The break in it on the bottom of the reverse is where there was a loop for suspension from a necklace, bracelet or something of the sort.

    As stated.. It is in a coin bezel.
    That's a copper metal ring added on around the edge after the coin was minted.

    Not a mint error of any kind.
    Unfortunately just a damaged Cent.
