The smooth grin

    So this 15' D looks like it whent for some swirls but the edge rim and reverse face does not show it. A polisher doesn't polish in one direction and is not presicely pressured against it's surfaces.

    What could it be? (WCIB)

    That is DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged.. The Copper plating was worn off post mint.
