This is a Paramount Pictures / Lasky Corporation 15th aniversary commemorative coin. It has the dates 1911 - 1926 along with a head bust on the front, and a building with the Lasky Corp. and Paramount logos on the back. It looks to be copper and is very heavy. It's the size of a half dollar to a dollar coin. I've never seen anything like it, and the only info I can get on the net is that the Paramount / Lasky union broke up shortly after this coin would have been made... if you have any info that would help me, it would be very greatly appreciated. handsnfeet77@hotmail.com
Normally I would say that these sorts of things are largely junk, but this one has some real appeal to movie buffs, etc. So, they would be your best market. An early movie company on a medal would have some historic value, but in my opinion, mainly to movie buffs.
