This coin appears to have a caduceus on the reverse, but I'm not quite sure.

I am quite sure that the reverse says PHILIPPOPOLITON.

    Obverse might be: MAVR----EIL--

I scrolled through Wildwinds' Philippopolis page but didn't find any matches.

Maybe a torch? Did not find anything with a quick search.

Starting at the top I see ANTomegaNEINOC. I'll guess a young Caracalla.

I'll take a wild stab. The reverse might be a tripod entwined with a serpent.

    Elagabalus perhaps?

I shall investigate that path! I was searching for caduceus which is why I got nowhere
