1985 D Lincoln Cent Doubling - DDO?

Is this a Double Die on the Date on a 1985 Lincoln Cent I just found? That is not another D, but a plating bubble bursted on the Green arrow.

nah, not a DDO.

 

was a loose die in the machine, not a double die

 

Machine doubling.

 

That is split plated doubling very common on the 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 ,dates no doubled die.Here's a picture of an 89 cent MM with split plated doubling
