Is this a 64 Kennedy proof?

    Doesn't look like a proof to me (though I'm not 100% sure). I'd say UNC, but heavily fingerprinted. Too bad, really, as the underlying luster is nice.

    Hopefully, the OP didn't apply the fingerprint - do TPGs do fingerprint IDs or is that best left to the FBI? :rolleyes:

    I think the finish is finger print, and acetone won't touch it if it's been there for any length of time.

    Do some acetone to see if you can get rid of the fingerprints. Not proof IMHO.
