1927 P Wheat Cent Rare?

It's a 1927 p wheat cent listed on Macari going for $270. I dont remember these as being rare but maybe i'm wrong?

1927 no mint Mark
Very rare coin because they didnt make a lot. No proof sets were made either making it even harder to find one in good condition as u can see mine is in great condition. One went for $1100 in auction. Not your everyday pocket change. Offers welcome

It's definitely not going for $270. It may be listed for that but it ain't going anywhere for that!

Even in Mint State 63 that coin is only worth about $15. The seller is banking on people NOT HAVING A PRICE GUIDE. And that is like going to church without having a Bible handy. "One went for $1100 at auction"? I'd sure like to know which one.
