Coin searching i found this with multiple spots of doubling on the front and back. Could someone tell me exactly what this is. Double die or machine doubling?

Flat and shelf-like. MD.

What does that mean?

 

Definitely MD or machine doubling. MD is very common and it's only worth face value. Welcome to CT.

 

It means that it is not a doubled die.

When you see a flat, shelf-like doubling, it is usually MD. Here is a drawing (not mine).
