Is this a struck-through error near her hair bun?
Also is it a horizontal scratch at the bottom of her neck?
There is no raised metal that I can tell.
Sincere thanks for taking your time to give me your thoughts. Appreciate it! image2.jpeg image3.jpeg image2.jpeg image1.jpeg

Interesting. It does look as though it could have been struck through some thread or fabric, perhaps?

I am not the one who you want to have confirming your error coins, though. Stand by for more experienced opinions.

    Interesting.
Almost looks like two Mint errors.
The one down by the date appears to be a die crack.
But the one back of and into the hair looks like a strike-through.

Probably struck through string or a piece of fabric so to speak. There is a die crack with the 1 in the date and it extends through Liberty's neck. Very nice.

Welcome to CT. Could be two different errors as stated but the one across the neck could be questionable, only my opinion.

The large area in and around the hair, looks to me more like a lamination error, or PMD. Hard to tell, but thanks @CoinAdmirer for posting full image photos. I'd love to see some more with different lighting, but the best answers are yet to come from our resident experts @paddyman98, @Fred Weinberg, @JCro57 and others.

Looks like a chemical was on the
    surfaces .....

Not a lamination or struck thru, based
on what I can see in the photos.

With the new photos, I would have to say it appears that it was residue from something spilled on the coin and let stand or evaporate, leaving the odd mark, but Fred beat me to it. LOL

Those photos clearly show it's PMD.
