The one that eludes me

I am soooo close to finishing my Roosevelt Dime set. All that is left are 5 pre-1965 coins. These I know I’ll find in an occasional folder at some coin show and pay way to much for but the one coin which has been eluding me now for a good year and a half is the plain ole’ 2005-D. Can you believe it? I am almost convinced there is no such animal.

Everything I needed 65 to date has been obtained through cherry picking and this one will be no different. I SHALL PREVAIL!!

(just finished sorting and checking 226 dimes from saved pocket change. Still no 05-D... :desk: …I needed to vent…)

I just went through 27 Roosies in my change box in my desk, and didn't find one. I'll try to remember to look tonight. Good luck!

LOL just checked my collection and I have the 05s but that is it :goofer:

 

I have saved up $300 in change that I'm starting to look at with my stereo microscope. I'll set some aside as I come across them. Cheers!
