A mix of metals, denominations, Imperials, Provincials, and Divus issues..
I never thought I would ever come very close to completing this so very happy at the moment. I kinda set my own rules - why not?

Yes a few of them I would like to upgrade at some point down the line if an opportunity arises - but no pressure or hurry... just enjoying this set for what it is.

Please post any of your coins of the 12 Caesars... (full sets or not)..

A very nice set @Clavdivs My favorite is the Otho. A really nice coin.

Exactly. I could not agree more. You set the rules for your collection and no one else. If you are happy then you have done it right. It bothers me sometimes when some on this site try to tell other members what or how to collect.

Very cool, Clavdivs. Were I ever to aspire to the same thing, this is how I would proceed. My only Augustus is still a provincial AE. Setting your own rules is How it's Done.

Excellent spread! Big fan of that Galba portrait (look at that jaw!).
I need to make mine into a virtual tray like y'all.
Though, I just added a new sliver(ish) Julio Claudian today (more to come).
Anyways, here's what I put together a while ago:

Congratulations, @Clavdivs ! Completing a set always gives one a sense of accomplishment.

Here's the first of the twelve I ever acquired. Bet you have a feeling of deja vu about it!

Great accomplishment! Which coin was the final addition? I really like your Nero and Titus. I remember you posted the last one before, and the portrait is still magical. I really like your presentation too.

This one should go on a tile! Everyone can collect how they like, and what they like.

I think the earlier stages of the empire and later stages of the republic, are very interesting. So I really wanted a 12C's set, and in silver. Here is it:

Excellent! I like the looks of that set. Some great portraits there too. I really like the Claudius, Galba and Titus.

@Clavdivs Your 12 Caesars collection has a certain artistic and aesthetic appeal that sets it apart. The colors of the varied patinas compliment each other and make a perfect harmonious group. It's like looking at a perfect painting seeing them together. I think I know what you mean by using the word "ragtag." There are many high rollers here with higher grade coins. I admit that I envy some of these people, but personally I prefer my own ancient coins to have honest wear. You've got a really great set of portraits there, nothing ragtag about them.
