I have a great deal of difficulty reading Thai dates, but the odds are very high that we are looking at KM#83, a 1 baht cu-ni coin dated BE2505 (1962), which is one of the most common coins ever mnted. 883,066,000 were produced from 1962-82 with the same date!

35th Ed. Krause catalog says 15¢ XF or 50¢ Unc., but they can often be found in dealers' 2-for-a-quarter bowls.

Edited: Gotta learn to type faster!
