Picked up a medallion today at the bootsale here in scotland, bonnie dundee,I have been collecting coins for over ten years now, anyway this medallion is bronze of french origins and i would like to find out if it has any monetary value, front of coin depicts a woman overseeing two children at an artists easel pointing out instruction.the wording reads La Ville De Paris Enseigne Le Dessin A Ses Enfants, the rear has Direction De L,enseignement Primaire,a central cartouche depicts Dutrieux 1903,at the bottom Du Departement De La Seine.
