I Have Got A Off Struck 1999 Rooosevelt Dime . The Front And Back Is Stamped To The Right Of The Coin. I Need To Know More About It.
Howdy Frank - Welcome to the Forum !! I don't know that there is much to tell - it's an off center strike. This type of error occurs from time to time and they are certainly not uncommon. If you wish to know about the possible value of the coin - please post a pic. Value for this type of error depends on just how far off center it is and the condition of the coin.
I just found dime today that looks like the reverse is made mostly of copper. As if there wasn't any silver over that part of the coin. Curiouser and Curiouser.
