Probably melt+25c. Unless I'm mistaken, it only cats for $7 in G, so that's why I suggested melt. It'd be okay as a space filelr, though for a type set, often if you just wait, you can get a decent holded mid-grade piece for $5-10.
I would say you would get more if you could find one of the collectors that collects holed coins---it would be fun to send it to ANACS!!! As for the value....I wouldn't pay over $10 and maybe not even that....it would depend. Speedy
