According to the STandard Guide to Small Size US Paper money -

3.2 million notes printed, in CHCU value is about $10....probably not worth much more than face.....

Oh come on now it could be worth $2. even with the fold. See if he can find a D/* that might be worth maybe $10. Or what ever the person wants to buy it at.

I think it's worth a little more than face in it's condition. I think it would be hard to find a buyer, but it definitely has some value above face.

 

I'd give you $0.99 for it.
