2000-P 25c Massachusetts's DDO?

    Hi everyone,
    This 25c I had initially put aside because of the copper wash appearance back in 2000. Just looking at it under loop and found this. Is this MD? I can't find anything on internet so assuming it is but wanted to make sure.
