The I and the N seem to have split serifs. This is nothing of note?

On a coin with raised lettering, split serifs would be an indication of a doubled die. But on incuse lettering it is just the opposite and indicates mechanical doubling.

If you think about how the doubled image is formed on a doubled die, and what would happen when the raised lettering on the coinage die shifts during the strike you'll understand why.
