It’s a nice coin and while not worth getting graded you could put it on eBay and get $65-$85.

 

when the face of any coin shows all that chatter i dont grade them as its a waste and grades that i have seen on them when they have this much damage to me dont grade any higher than xfine . i have stuck with that since 1964 when i first started collecting . i myself got rid of lots of coins with that much damage no eye appealing to me but that is just my opinion and thats how i got very nice coins as i am fussy from: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/1885-o-morgan-worth-grading-no-cleaning.365388/)
