I'm having trouble with this really nice coin from @tenbobbit.

Obv: Bare head right. Bearded. AV---VIIIOC
Rev: Deity standing left holding patera(?). Greek lettering
    Diam: 19mm

The style of the beard seems to point towards either Ant Pi or Marcus Aurelius, but I can't find any coins on woodwinds for either of these with "VIII" on the obverse, that legend part is always on the reverse.
Plus I think the reverse is Greek, so I'm lost.

    Looks like Septimius Severus, Markianopolis.
