Any guesses on a Grade

Hey guys just found another morgan, any ideas on a grade? Thanks.

1. The obverse is too out of focus to grade.
2. The full reverse looks quite nice (MS-64 or -65)

3. The close-up.
Those lines from 8 to 2 not only affect the fields, but also affect the devices.
"Cleaned" immediately jumped into mind.

Those may be die-polish lines. If so, or if they are on a holder I can't see, then; MS-63

 

I would say polished , never seen a uncleaned coin look like that one , and harshly cleaned at that . Other than that MS-63 .
