Great and quick job of searching. Did you use the google search with an image? I tried that before and never did find what I was seeking, though I imagine it could work well.

 

No I just searched for "chinese horse charm plow" and then went into images and scrolled down a fair bit. I'm not sure if it's actually Chinese but it sort of reminded me of some charms I have seen before.
