Grade opinions, 1883 cents and no cents

    I just picked these babies up off of layaway from my favorite dealer. I walked into the store one day about 5 months or so ago and saw them in the case. When I asked about them, he told me they came in in several rolls of Liberty Head nickels that someone sold. I had to have them.

    I only wonder if the stars are weak, or if that is minor wear.

    I LOVE all the die cracks in this one. they really lend character to the coin imo.

    Well they look like a matched set - but the pictures are too fuzy for me to judge the grade. They both seem to be AU, but can't really tell. Nice coins.

    I would grade the first one by rhe pics MS62 the second one AU 58has some wear in the hairlins but has it;s full luster intact it would have made Ms 60 but not quite
