Looks like something was on the die when that coin was struck. It's known as a strike through. Nice find. Where did you get it?

Nothing wrong with stockpiling coins I do the same and go through them at my pleasure. It's nice to have a hobby you can enjoy especially when you work 7 days a week as you do.
