Damaged Jeff

    Other than a cement mixer, any ideas on how this coin was damaged?

    Do things like this happen in the mint?

    I can't upload a better picture with more detail. Or at least I don't know how.

    I have found many coins in the street over the years that have the same appearance. Car traffic is really hard on them!!
