1981 Die Crack

    Please look at the bottom left side of the Memorial. Is thst a die crack?

    Yes it is, but die cracks, especially on Lincoln's and in that location, are as common as dirt.

    Well here in Texas black dirt could be oil!

    And, black sand in the South Pacific could be the result of a volcanic eruption.

    True and if I was in the South Pacific I would have used that analogy.
