I found this link very helpful as I determine what is best for me in storing my coins (excluding slabs) and want to share it with you: http://rg.ancients.info/guide/holders.html
I didn't bother to look at those links. The subject of how to store your coins to me is sort of like asking or saying what car to buy, what house to buy, who should I marry, what brand of shoes should I buy, who should I vote for? Everyone has a different opinion and it is really difficult to say who is right and who isn't.
Well Carl - only one link to see (other than if you'd like to gander at my coin pictures) and you'll note that I said "I determine" what is right for me in my post. The post was intended to provide some info on options to consider and thought it would be helpful for others. Obviously, it was of no interest to you!
Not really obviously of no interest. Sorry if I you took my statement wrong. It's just that this subject has been one of those that is very frequently discussed. And usually there are numerous replies and usually very different. There are those that use a safe bolted to floors, a safe embedded in the walls. Many use a safe deposit box or several of them. Many use albums and that is where you get a massive variety of brand names. Some just use bottles, jars, cans, wooded chests, etc. I've seen people say nothing but slabs, embedded in plastic and on and on and on. All I ment was, although a good topic, it has been run through many times with just various results.
