I think that ebay has procedures in place to make reports and that if you have concerns then you should make the report(s). I assume your concern is that he's selling apparently cleaned coins. It's not illegal nor is it particularly unethical. Some people like cleaned coins.
None of those coins have original surfaces. They're worse than cleaned... they're buffed and burnished.
I agree. I haven't reported them. The coins are crapita, and folks should be educated. Hence the thread.
